Hi, I’m Sylvia. I’m a Nurse Practitioner dual certified in Psychiatry and Family practice. I have a strong belief in holistic healing which has stemmed from my own personal journey of growth. I understand that healing isn’t just mental health, it’s also physical and spiritual.
I implement modalities that are best suited for you including, psychopharmacology, lab testing, medicinal herbs/supplements, CBT/supportive psychotherapy, psychedelic integration and lifestyle modifications. Also offering Ketamine Assisted Therapy in the future and watching closely the research on psilocybin and mdma assisted therapy. My goal is to empower others to become their own healers.
I am a forever learner interested in the mind-body-spirit connection and the natural world. In my free time I enjoy spending time with loved ones, gardening, hiking, herbalism & yoga.
